Business Continuity Testing

What to expect:

  1. We receive your information through this form and automatically email you the required PDF for test requests.
  2. Your account manager will be notified shortly that you have submitted this form and will follow up to ensure we receive all necessary information.
  3. You fill in the test request details on the PDF and email it to your account manager.
  4. Your request will be evaluated and we’ll reach out for scheduling.
Notice: Please schedule a test at least eight weeks in advance.

Types of Tests:

  • On-Site: Using a controlled environment in one of our testing facilities in Atlanta or Las Vegas, work in a realistic recovery environment for two days with the guided support of our experts.
  • QuickShip: Ensure your technology package supports your work requirements by testing it at your facilities. Our team will coordinate shipping, delivery, and pickup for all equipment, such as servers, desktops, and monitors, to your location for three consecutive days of testing.
  • ReadyOffice Test: Practice working in a private office space near you for up to two consecutive days each year with everything you need to recover from a disaster.
  • Business Recovery Center Test: Conduct your test at a remote mobile testing center with all necessary equipment in the exact environment used for recovery so you can ensure their solution is the perfect fit at the time of need. (College Station, TX or Northborough, MA).
  • Customer Site Test: A full-scale test of the recovery environment at the customer’s test facility.
  • Remote Mobile Site Test: Travel to Agility’s pre-staged mobile units at our Brampton, ON facility so you can experience working out of the mobile unit. The entire test is led by our network engineer onsite and your expert test manager.
  • LiveSite Test: This test for banks and credit unions recreates an additional branch to demonstrate the ability to operate within critical recovery time objectives in the event of a disaster.
  • KVM-IP Remote Test: Agility sets up a workstation with a sample of your contracted equipment (servers, desktops, etc.) and allows your team to remotely access the equipment via a secure KVM/IP network connection. This access allows you to perform connectivity tests and access business applications.
  • Tabletop Exercise: Virtual exercise walking through response to a scripted crisis.
