Quick Start

    • Plug charger into the port next to the USB C port
    • Wait 3 minutes for the unit to boot. 
    • Connect to Wi-Fi with the credentials included in the box that your ReadyTechGo device was shipped in.

Instruction Manual

Power 

    • Press AC button to power on
    • The display will light up with the current charge to indicate that the unit is on. 
    • If the display does not read a number from 1-99, the unit is off.  

Charge the Unit 

    • Locate the charging port on the side next to the USB C port

    • The unit automatically powers on when the charger is connected

    • The display will blink to indicate that the unit is charging

    • The display is the remaining battery life on a scale of 1-99

    • The unit takes approximately 5 hours to reach a full charge

    • The unit will show 100 on the display when fully charged. Leaving the unit on a charger after a full charge has been achieved will not damage the battery

Charge your devices

    • The three-prong outlet can be used to power devices just like a standard home outlet
    • This outlet should only be used for devices like laptops, smartphones, or tablets
    • Powering items like power tools or appliances could result in damage to the unit

Connect to the Wi-Fi

    • Once unit is powered on, allow approximately 3 minutes for the unit to boot up before connecting

    • In the wireless network settings of your preferred device (a computer or phone, for example), locate the wireless network named ‘Agility’ followed by the last 4 digits of the unit’s serial number (Example: Agility 1234)

    • Enter the password located on the quick start guide that came with the unit in its shipping box

    • Store the password in a secure location for future reference

User Tips 

    • Do no lose the Wi-Fi password. 
    • The unit will display the remaining battery life when the unit is powered on. 
    • Allow at least 3 minutes for the unit to boot up. In some cases, it may take slightly longer before the internet can be accessed. 
    • For faster internet speeds, try placing the unit near a window or exterior room. 
    • The more devices being powered by the unit, the faster the battery will be drained.
      • For optimal runtime, limit use to essential devices only.

1. What is the average run time and charge time?

Run time:

  • Wi-Fi + LTE: ~49 hours
  • Wi-Fi + LTE + cell phone charger: ~41 hours
  • Wi-Fi + LTE + laptop charger: ~33 hours
  • Charge time: 4-5 hours

2. What is the data usage allowance for each unit?

  • Each RTG receives 1GB/month with an option to add more

3. Can I travel with a ReadyTechGo unit?

  • Yes, by road or train. Due to the size of the lithium-ion battery, RTG is not permitted on airplanes (checked bag or carry-on)

4. Will I have access to both network providers (AT&T and Verizon 4G)?

  • Yes, depending on carrier coverage.
